Mr. Kubher founded the Prabha group in 1970 with Prabha Industries. He started Prabha Engineers (now Prabha Automotive Engineers) in Hosur in 1982, and Prabha Auto in 1992, all primarily ancillary to truck major Ashok Leyland. His thrust to the team is driving development for the customer, which relates to early development at Chennai shop for most of the group’s products.

Mr. Vinod Kubher has a bachelors in mechanical engineering & a masters in manufacturing engineering. His early career was in the Detroit auto industry. At the Prabha group, his focus is new projects for truck business, commercial stamping tooling and non truck stampings.

Mr. Natarajan has a bachelors in engineering, and is a veteran in truck manufacturing having worked in various functions in M&HCV and LCV in his four decade long career with Ashok Leyland. His most recent assignment was plant director of Ashok Leyland’s Ennore assembly plant. He is known for his ability to lead teams of thousands of people with focus on continuous improvement and employee involvement.

Mr. Sudhakaran has a bachelors in commerce from the Madras Christian College, and is an associate member of the Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India. He has over three decades of experience serving larger corporates like MRF and Zuari Industries. At Prabha his operational focus has been implementing company-wide systems for leanness & financial controls. His contribution to the group’s growth has been by prudent financial management through fluctuating inflows due to industry challenges.
