Front End Structure, or FES as it is referred to, is supplied fully trimmed with head lamps, turn lamps, seat, steering column, steering wheel, accelerator/clutch/brake pedals, routed wiring harness, instrument panel, badging, grilles, valves, etc.
FES is made at three Prabha Automotive factories. Major sheet metal parts from group company stamping plants are welded into a shell. The shell goes through a pre-treatment phosphating process, followed by paint and bake. The fully painted shells are trimmed model-wise with aggregates per customer schedules. They are received at the customer’s assembly plant ready for end of line decking.
